Engagement with Terminal Hub workshops is subject to the following technical and commercial conditions.

1. INDEPENDENCE: Terminal Hub is an independent training provider. We are not affiliated with any specific software vendor unless explicitly stated.

2. USAGE: Course materials are for educational use by the enrolled operator and may not be redistributed without authorization.

3. LIABILITY: Training is provided as-is. The operator is responsible for applying techniques within their own infrastructure safely.

4. CANCELLATION: Enrollment may be transferred to a later cycle with 48 hours notice. Refunds are subject to the specific cycle booking terms.
